The children in this age range (5-10) learn a lot more vocabulary, participate in reading Italian stories, books and working in a workbook. The teachers also emphasize the use of Italian in the classroom. The main focus is to continue learning how to pronounce words, making sentences, using pronouns and articles as well as continuing with colours, family, numbers, and introduced to school, days of the week, months of the year, seasons, human body, and much more.
